Post by The Bounceologist on July 2nd, 2010
Ahh, Australia! A country so sports-mad that even the mice surf.

Here’s a photo, from the Daily Mail, of radical rodent Skidmark hanging ten off the Gold Coast on his custom-made mini-board.

If you’re outside the Chinese firewall (or you can tunnel your way out), you can catch a video of these fearless little fellas carving through the curlers on YouTube here.

  • Waboba Video Competition Entry: “Shangri-la”

Post by The Bounceologist on July 1st, 2010
This is our first entry in the Waboba Asia Video Competition. It is shot by me, during a recent holiday in Lijiang in Yunnan. If you’re outside the Great Firewall, you can catch it on YouTube here.

I have no role in the judging of the competition, so I’m assuming it’s eligible for entry. At least it gets the ball rolling (or should that be bouncing?).

If you haven’t started work on your video competition entry yet, you really ought to give it a try. The prize is awesome, and with so few entries, there’s a very good chance of you winning.
